Do not shop at this store went in to exchange shoes my sister got me for Mothers Day that were to small brand new not worn ...owner was very nasty and rude I told him I just wanted to exchange shoes not asking for any money back he continued being very rude and refused to exchange my shoes for the exact same shoes just different size I finally just gave in and said ok Ill just buy the other pair and keep these I just will not shop here anymore he then refused to sell me the shoes I was going to buy....Ive never been treated so poorly especially at a business avoid this place at all cost.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl and now I am at high school they have treated me and my mom like We are family and I love this store and I would not ever say anything bad about this store they have really good sales I enjoy every moment since I walk in the door.

I have frequented Shoe Trend for years and have never had horrible attitude or service until tonight! Young guy rude and disrespectful with absolutely no customer service skills! If he remains I will not get returning and my friends and family wont either!
