So Im not super at shoe buying. I went here in a rush to buy shoes for a wedding. I was greeted when I walked in; the staff were friendly but not overbearing. Also, I may have understated how bad I am at shoes. Im awful. I finally resorted to texting pictures of heels to friends for help when, like a shining angel of shoe buying, Lily appeared and bailed me out. She looked at pictures of the dress and helped me narrow down colors and styles. Lily listened to my concerns about my weird feet, falling over drunk, needed grip on the bottom to avoid a youtube moment and helped me find shoes that I liked and that actually looked nice. She wasnt hovering; she was helping several people, popping in with guidance and suggestions at the right time. The selection is what youd expect at a big shoe warehouse, but Lily is who made my first trip there memorable and successful.

Its a nice place to shop for shoes, and BOGO was just a good deal. My husband was able to find two pair of shoes. Unfortunately I have not had the experience of purchasing shoes with this company. I wear an 8W, and it doesnt matter when I visit thats a size thats never available. For those who has the pleasure of purchasing go for the styles and bargain.

The people were really nice and they have a great selection. I wish the clearance section was a little more organized but it is WAY better than any shoe clearance section in department stores so I really cannot complain on this.

Horrible Customer Service. Shoes were mislabeled by color which was not noted on the sign except to match tiny sku numbers. Would not honor the sale price stated on the sign. Told us we need to match the sku numbers.

I think people underestimate the sheer amount of selection you get at Off Broadway. I have always had a great experience at this location and there are usually some pretty good deals if you know how to take advantage.

I love this store. The staff is very friendly and helpful without being pushy. The setup is really nice. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because they hardly ever have wide width shoes which is what I have to wear.
