The best service. Period. My husband purchased a pair of Ecco loafers 6 months ago. We love this brand and while they are pricey, they are fantastic shoes. This pair, however, did not last. The store manager, John, quickly attended to our request to contact the manufacturer and not even one week later, my husband had a new pair. Talk about customer service and great communication! We will be shopping at Globe Shoe Company next time we visit our family in Savannah. Thank you John!

When I was a visitor in Savannah this was the shoe store that I visited most regularly. It has a wonderful selection of shoes, and the owner, John, is the most kindest and most helpful man. One of his employees, an Australian named Dance, is more than wonderful as are all the staff. I cannot praise highly enough. What more can I say? Apart from owning up to being that wonderful young man, Dances mother. Given that I speak with only a little bias. A truly excellent store.

The BEST shoe store ever! Excellent selection in hard to fit sizes. they will work to find the perfect shoe no matter how many they pull for you. I dont live near Savannah and have to call to ask for shoes in my size....I buy them by description over the phone....it hasnt ever failed. The staff is wonderful and efficent and know their products.

I used to love this store, but I overheard the owner mock me because I asked if they would ever carry Tory Burch shoes. As I know many people love the flats, as do I. However, I felt it was very rude, as she said, "its the way the world goes around." I used to go into the store frequently, but now I will continue to order from online.

I took in a pair of boots with a broken zipper that my husband had purchased less than a year before. Although they were unable to fix them, they did give me a full store credit back for the purchase price! I am so excited about my brand new pair of boots! WONDERFUL service!

Just moved to Savannah and called to ask if they had shoelaces. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and clearly doesnt value customer service (or her job). I will take my money elsewhere. This incedent happened on Friday, May 19th 2017 a little after 1:00pm

I wear a 9.5 AAAA, sometimes a AAA. When I was in the Globe Shoe Store a little over a year ago, I actually found six pairs of shoes that fit and that I liked!!! Thats never happened anywhere else. Even Neiman Marcus no longer carry narrow shoes.
