My sister and I came in for new running shoes and were greeted warmly by Katie. She was very knowledgable and knew right away what we needed. She was super thorough in explaining the difference between each shoe we tried and was very patient with us while we decided which shoe to go with. All in all, great customer service and just an all around great place to shop! We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Run for your life. I was having pain from shoes purchased at Charlotte Running Co. and it turns out I was just in the wrong shoe. After getting fitted for a proper shoe I can now run pain-free. Thanks for the excellent service. Tyler was very friendly and made sure to take the time to help me into the correct shoe.

I called them to see if they had inserts for my work shoes. I needed a pair with high arch support. Not only did they have them, they had a selection when so many other stores had none and when I told them Im on my way to check them out, they had already pulled some off the rack for me and gave me personal and professional service.

Furthermore, he is very knowledgeable about the products they carry, running mechanics, and quickly analyzing a novice runner. I enjoyed the fit process, and that he helped me find the best shoe for me first. (Price second).
