I absolutely LOVE HomeGoods! Theres always something new. I believe this store does a really good job of being organized (although packed full of goodies). My boyfriend and I just bought our first home and as a housewarming gift, my father took me shopping here. Mary, who I believe is a manager, was so amazing in helping us. She loaded some of our larger pieces and held them at the front while we shopped. I also filled three more carts and she was happy to hold those and help as well. She had a very calm and focused demeanor while providing great customer service on a very busy Saturday. I ended up having to return two barstools the next day that were just a little too high for our counter. Mary was happy to assist with that. In addition, we found one barstool that was absolutely perfect and Mary called the other RDU locations to see if they had a matching stool. (Unfortunately, we couldnt find one). She was very pleasant and had great customer service skills! I appreciate all her help this weekend and plan on stopping by with pictures when the house is decorated!

One of the employees looked at me, walked right by and then proceeded to ask the next lady how she was doing and if she needed any help. First time in the store and wont be coming here ever again.

The furniture is a bit overpriced considering most of it is damaged and not of great quality in the first place, if you hunt carefully you can sometimes find a bargin.
