my shopping experience today wasnt a good one. although i am in there at least 3 times a week, today i found a frame that wasnt in the best condition and it was the only one. i asked if i could get a little more off on it. the cashier tried to make it look better by wiping it with some fluid. i still saw the damage and said thats ok, forget it. she then saw the manager (6/9/17 at 13:09pm) he came over and he said i will give you a dollar off. i kind of giggled and said really. he said well, i am giving you a courteous discount. i said, well, i guess you are. i bought the frame, but i did not like his condescending attitude.

This store is very exciting for people like me who love to decorate their home! Outstanding selection of dog toy/accessories, also for great prices. The store does need to be bigger though. I get a lot of anxiety in here due to the amount of people that flock this place. I get stuck in an alise or corner that I cant get out of. That is what holds me back from coming here. Forget pushing a cart around in this place- that aint happening here without you getting yourself in a grid lock. Staff is friendly. God bless them. It must be wild working here.

I really like home Goods prices when they are accurate.Today I was in the Wilmington store to purchase outdoor Cushions. They were in a bin with a clear sign. Outdoor Cushions Sets $59.99 when I went to check out the lady charged me $79.99. I showed her the sign but she wasnt very pleasant. She insisted she could not do anything about it. I reluctantly purchased the Cushions but it left a very bad taste in my mouth for home Goods.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Unique finds and GREAT prices. The store is pretty neat and clean and the variety is endless. They also have clearance prices on some things, so if you can overlook the dent, etc., you will get an even better price. The staff there has always been nice and helpful---a BIG Plus!

I just called and asked them to save a shipping box for me. It was just way too much trouble for the person on the phone. Simple courtesy and customer service means a lot. They have lost my business for good!!
