Very terrible. First time Im writing a review for anything and I am doing this for my grandparents because No one deserves Crap Service. Last week my grandparents went out to get a new fridge, the date was set for the next Tuesday, they paid cash btw. Since my grandfather works, my grandmother had to cancel a doctors appointment so that someone was home when they would come to to bring the fridge. She waited all day till my grandfather got home from work and he asked her "wheres the new fridge?" She said they never came so they both called up and started speaking about whats going on. Appearently they didnt know they were supposed to come Tuesday. Which left my grandmother furious since she had to cancel an appoitment. So then they said they would come Friday instead (Grandparents and the family have vacation to go this weekend so its coming real close to a date we wont be around and made sure to let them know that) Now its Friday. They didnt even let us know when they were on the way, they called when they were in front so we had to rush to empty out our old fridge. After that we told them its all ready. The guy opens the truck to take out the fridge and sees its not even the correct fridge. Then he tells us that we have to reschedule, theyll bring it another day and left. All we are think is "are you seriouse right now?" Worst service I have ever seen from anywhere. Who doesnt even check what they are sending out before getting to the place? This business is full of clowns! And may I remind you that they have paid in person the day they went in looking for a fridge. They better give back all of my grandparents money if they do not plan to send the right fridge by today. (Which I am highly doubting they will bring it by today) Just terrible. -------------edit------------- They called back again after we called them. Apparently our fridge was sent to the wrong person, but no one said anything or even check whos fridge belonged to who? Do they not keep a list at hand? We are still waiting..

Kudos to the staff at P C Richards in Yonkers, NY! Particularly Sayed and Alex, salesmen who knows the importance of taking great care of their customers. My daughters purchased a LG stainless steel stove and refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser in February, 2017 as a Valentine Day and early birthday gift to me. The purchase included installation of the water line for the refrigerator & gas stove. When the delivery crew arrived unfortunately to say they could not install the water line because my water pipes were plastic and they were not licensed plumbers and only work with copper pipes, I was very disappointed. They said they would refund the amount paid for the installation. After they left I later found they damaged my door frame while carrying the appliances in the house. Last night, my uncle finally has some time to hook up the water line, only to find all the nuts and screws were not in the kit. I called P.C. Richards & Son at 8:41pm and explained what happened. After speaking with a few people, they arranged to meet me after 9:00pm at a central location in my city (not Yonkers) and hand delivered a new water line kit to me. I can not THANK them enough for their wonderful service and dedication to go above and beyond the call of duty. They really made our affiliation with P.C. First and foremost, I never expected I would actually enjoy shopping for appliances. I must say my experience at P.C. Richard & Son has been great. Brandon Ralat my sales rep was amazing. Prior to my arrival, I thought I would pushed into something that I didnt want, which was my experience at other places like Sears and Home Depot, but Brandon showed me exactly what I want and laid out every detail of each appliance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and truthfully, I could not have asked for a better person help me pick out appliances for my home. My measurements are very specific, as I have a galley style kitchen, and Brandon ensured that every appliance fit every measurement without flaw. If you find yourself in need of new appliances, I implore you to talk to Brandon and make your home a house again. He will give you the pros and cons of everything you want and let you make the decision of what is best for you and your family as opposed to trying to make the decision for you. He was also very knowledgeable about appliances in all price ranges, as we eventually went for higher-end appliances. All-in-all, P.C. Richards and Son was exceptional, and specifically Brandon was more then what I could imagine as a sales rep. Go see him and get your appliances. P.C. is lucky to have such an outstanding associate on their roster!

We were in the market from new appliances for our new home and had selected specific models from the manufacturer website. Weve had a good experience with PC Richard in the past so we started there. They had all the models we were looking for and had very competitive prices with other similar stores. Keith, our sales associate, was very helpful with getting everything organized and he worked with us to get a reasonable discount given the size of the order. I was most impressed by Keith and PC Richard when we discovered that one of the appliances was listed on another stores website for about half the price of PC Richard. Off hand I thought they would give us a hard time regarding the price matching policy, however I was shocked when I walked into the store and they matched the price without any problems at all! It turned out that the other store had made a mistake and even though it was the other stores mistake they matched the price. It was nice to have a company stand by its policy and not make me, the customer, feel as though it was my problem that another store had made the mistake.

Went in to the Yonkers store during the heatwave looking to purchase an AC for my mom, it was very crowded, after waiting for a minutes, a salesman by the name of Nick L came to my assistant, he was well dress, polite and very knowledgeable, his customer service was one of the best I ever experience in along while, hes very knowledgeable about the Air conditioners, after purchasing the AC for my mom from Nick he then introduce me to the mattress and recliner department, I had no idea that PC RICHARD sold those stuff, my mom was also looking to get a bed also, l told Nick I will be back to purchase a bed for my mom in a few days. I will truly recommended PC RICHARD Yonkers to any and everyone looking for a beautiful shopping experience. Nick L. his one of the best salesman I ever met, hes very polite, well dress and very knowledgeable. Oh I could not believe Nick even went & get the air conditioner for me and put it in my car, PC RICHARD Yonkers customer service is the BEST.

I went into PC Richards looking to buy an HDMI cable for my newly purchased Plasma TV. I first asked an associate where i could find one in the store and he pointed to a general area of the store. I went to that part of the store and had found the cable i needed but it was not the one advertised. I kindly asked an employee where i could find the advertised item and he had said they were all out. I asked another employee, who in return, murmured "yeaaaa i dont know" and then walked away from me. At this point i just wanted to leave the store. I proceeded to the checkout line when i walked right past a rack of the advertised item. It was the same piece I was holding just $40 cheaper! I quickly grabbed what i needed and headed toward the register. During checkout, the cashier tried charging me for the more expensive wire and i asked to speak to the manager. He took over the checkout computer and i paid for my items and left. FOR GOOD.
