I just wanted to share what a wonderful and pleasant experience I had at your store in Nanuet.. I wanted to name drop one or two of the staff but it seemed like everybody there was working for me, and it would be unjust to not mention the whole entire crew by name. Im not a big TV guy but I realized how important my TV is to me when it decided to not work earlier this week. As fate would have it I actually love the news even though I hate the news but now I cant get enough of it. None-the-less I begin my mission at Walmart not realizing that it would be a mission. Felt like pulling teeth just to get someone to tell me a thing or two about what I was about to buy.. I figured how much cheaper could Walmart really be than Best Buy so I went there.. to my disarray it was no different at Best Buy and it seemed like the TV guy knew less than I did. I pull up to the PC Richards in Nanuet already in a bad mood.. and what a complete and utter breathe of fresh air! Not even a 360°, more like a triple axle reverse gainer. Waaay above my expectations. The professionalism, the product knowledge, the confidence in their profuct, and just amazing vibes all around.. Clearly a very very well managed store. I know you already know that but I also know it doesnt hurt to hear it every once in a while either and that store deserves to hear it on a daily if thats how theyre operating!

I had a wonderful experience today at PC Richards in Nanuet. I bought my 90 Yr old aunt, Virgina Dougherty, in to buy a gas dryer & dealt with two staff members, Cliff & Joe who exceeded all my expectations! Their customer service was above & beyond compared to other stores weve previously dealt with! Joe and Cliff took their time with my aunt and made sure she comprehended everything, it was truly mind blowing how great they are. Both staff members were fully aware of all the deals available, and that made my visit very quick! We were in and out and on top of that, we couldnt be happier.They were also able to get us the best deal possible on top of the amazing service.They definitely made us PC Richards shoppers forever! Ive been to other PC Richards before and this one is definitely the best of them all! Everyone should try Nanuet PC Richards, you surely wont be unsatisfied! I honestly believe that Cliff and Joe are huge assets to this company and by having them this company has gained so much because they surely know how to make a deal!

10 STARS!!! I visited 2 PC Richards and a Best Buy before visiting the PCR Nanuet location. I actually had decided to purchase a TV at another location and planned to go back there this week. The only reason I even stopped into the Nanuet store was because the other store isnt open on Sundays and I wanted to look/compare it to another TV before pulling the trigger.... I even told the salesman (Tommy) what my plans were. I assumed that he would just move onto the next customer because thats what weak salesmen do....but to my surprise he did the EXACT opposite. Tommy went above and beyond explaining the features and differences between the TVs and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed with the experience that I decided to give them my business... and Tommy is the reason why. Id also like to mention the sales manager Jose. Also a gentleman and great at what he does... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!! Thank you Tommy and Jose

To: Joseph Botros @ Pc Richards Nanuet NY,, My husband and I were in the process buying our first home and within that process we were shooing for new appliances and had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Botros at PC Richards and we are very grateful for all the great service that Joseph provided us with not only great service but he listen to our entire request and got us all the appliances we were asking for and a great price too, like a normal consumer we did price comparison but he did hes best to keep us on our budget. We cant thank Joseph enough for the great service and patience thru our process of choosing our appliances for our new home. We will defiantly recommend Joseph at PC Richards in Nanuet Ny. Recently went to PC Richards to purchase a new TV. After having a good experience last year on my purchase of GE ACs, I felt I would check out PC Richards over Sears and Best Buy. My experience was great and could not be happier, The sales person, Arod, was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. My purchase was for a Samsung 65" TV; the UN65HU9000 with an extended warranty. The TV, hands down, is just outstanding. The delivery team was also very professional. They took away my 30 year old clunker TV and set up my new 65" UltraHD 4K 3D Curved Screen TV and took away off the packing material. So I give a 5 Star rating to both the sales associate, Arod, and the PC Richards Delivery Team. Would I purchase again? Yes. Would I recommend PC Richards to a friend? Yes

After reading negative reviews (albeit older reviews) for the Nanuet store i was quite hesitant coming here. I recently moved to Nyack and had to make a lot of purchases for the new house. I am so glad i took the risk. Marc the manager and Bob V. took such great care of me and did everything they could to save me money on top of the money i was already saving due to the great sale that was happening at the time of my purchases. The delivery and installation of the ACs and everything else was, professionally done by kind courteous people and in the time frame promised. I will now not go anywhere else for any appliances. Policy of price guarantee is NOT TRUE. Bought Sharp TV 11/23/12 for 893.00 Best Buy had TV for 799.99 the next day. When I showed them the Manager the pricing difference, he said they do not match limited quantity items. There was no limited quantity in the ad. on line or on the pricing ticket I had a picture off. It was good for 4 days. The Manager could not understand the difference between limited quantity (which there was none) and days of sale. As of now, no refund. Good new is still in box and will be returning it will all the other items i bought (1,700) and will never ever return to PC Richards. They should be ashamed of how the treat customers.

I frequent this store every time I get a gadget itch and I always walk out a very happy, satisfied customer. From the friendly knowledgeable staff to their vast, fairly priced inventory, Ive never once have had a bad experience. I recommend anyone in the area to stop in and say hello to Jose Morel (store manager) to see exactly what Im talking about. I was introduced to a great salesman named Cliff who went above and beyond to explain and locate just what I was looking for...Im certain the same attention and competency would be provided towards anyone who walks through those doors. Thanks again Nanuet Team and keep up the good work, it hasnt gone unnoticed!!!!!!
