This store is K! (No good con artists and bad customer service) , I came in there with my iPhone 5s and a cracked screen, and I left with far more problems. Okay so I go there, the guy told me 85$, I talked him down to 60 and I guess thats where they decided to scam me. After two hours i retrieved my phone, the new screen they replaced it with looked refurbished with a few light key scratches on it. And I noticed the corner of my screen wasnt 100% pushed down into my phone but I just paid it no mind, being happy my screen wasnt cracked anymore. ONE DAY LATER my phone Dropped about one feet onto my soft carpet, the phone started cracking from the corner and all of a sudden my back camera wasnt working. So I take it to a WAY BETTER SPOT in Harlem on W 143, come to find out, the person that previously fixed my phone, NEVER screwed all of my screws back in and the screws that WERE there were VERY loose (which they did on purpose.) he opened my phone and seen that they purposely disconnected the camera , AND found that the screen they used was incorrectly placed and already lifting up so the screen was bound to crack once it fell. THAT STORE IS A SCAM, THEY FIX YOUR PHONE TO BREAK IT WORSE SO THAT YOU CAN COME BACK AND PAY MORE MONEY. Theyre thieves.

I was trick in buying a laptop that dont work. No refund. Wouldnt recommend anyone to this store. Lost four hundred dollars on a laptop that dont work. Was told that it was brand new laptop but i opened it there was no maual, and it was refurbished computer

I was tricked into buying a charger that didnt even work. Then they told me I couldnt get my money back, only store credit, even though I was tricked into buying garbage. The customer service is terrible DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to get ripped off.
