On our recent trip to Tarrytown, we found it strange there were no Starbucks in the area. Looking for an early-afternoon pick up we found this nice little coffee bar that more than did the trick. Its nice to have a cup of coffee that wasnt created by committee, but rather one that was truly made-to-order by coffee fanatics who care. My wife had a nice cup of black coffee - shes a Starbucks girl through and through, yet she couldnt wait to go back to get her morning cup the next day. I had a latte which was smooth and flavorful and didnt taste like a Starbucks ashtray. Staff is super friendly and not afraid to strike up a conversation rather than just take your order. Its a small coffee bar, but its a nice place to take a break with a nice warm cup o joe.

Definitely the best and most authentic coffee "experience" that I have found in Westchester. Not only do they source and roast their own beans, but they provide the full gamut of brewing options. You can order pour-over, syphon, and I believe they recently installed a cold brew tap. There is something truly "pure" about being able to see the raw beans being delivered outside, on the curb, and to then witness those same beans roasted in plain view of the shop. The quality of their beans is guaranteed the freshest available. The bloom that results from a Coffee Labs pour over is one of the most reactive I have ever seen. My favorite coffee, hands down.

Coffe labs is a place that prides itself on fresh roasted coffee, and baristas that work for more for the coffee than the coffee scene. The product is good enough, better than anywhere else in westchester, but I wouldnt pin it against any 3rd wave NYC coffee giants like Stumptown, Grumpy, or Gimme!. Regardless the service is acceptable, theyre knowledgable and wont beat you to death for confusing a macchiato and a cortado. The food is overpriced, and not too impressive, but thats not why we visit a coffee house now is it? Best coffee in westchester, great if youre in a bind for beans, hours could be better.

I love coffee, I the kind of person that dont mind to pay a couple of extra bucks for a good, quality, fresh and delicious coffee I dont know how I did not went to Coffee Labs before. The coffee of this place is so fresh that you can see how they grind the coffee. I love how this place smells, and how they do their arts on the mug of the coffee. They also have a nice selection of pastries. The only bad thing is they have the policy cash only or Debit or over 10$. Mark my words, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks better watch out there is a good coffee place in town.

Last time visitor. Lucky to have found an expensive metered spot right at entrance, I went in to buy a coffee and a gnosh. Bathroom was neat and clean. Not crowded but busy shop. I placed my order with the perfunctorily polite staff. My credit card was greeted by an undocumented $10 minimum. I politely added more than what I really wanted. Two $5 biscuits and a $2.10 coffee. Both were good. Not $13 good but good enough. The comestables get three stars but the Tarrytown coffeelab experience made me feel embarrassed to even be there. Like "not one of us".

The coffees pretty good here and not too expensive for the quality. The staff is really variable. Some of them are really nice some are your classic bored snots. But its that tall bearded guy who manages the place that kills it for me. Hes just creepy and angry and gives off a terrible vibe. Dump him and Ill be back. 4 stars for the joe. 3 stars for the atmosphere. 3 stars for the staff. -8 stars for the manager.

Service was great, they were a very chipper crew. Great atmosphere. We ordered a small black iced coffee and a small black regular coffee. The regular was a little sour, not the worst. The iced coffee was quite possibly the worst Ive ever tasted. This is coming from someone who doesnt mind a bad coffee, because its still a coffee. This iced coffee tasted like sweaty sour dirt. Thats the best I can describe it. :(

Fantastic coffee, pet friendly and a good place to chat with friends or catch up on email. Their whole beans are out of this world and worth taking home. The care they put into each cup is apparent by the long lines at all hours of the day. Might be the best coffee in Westchester County

great coffee but people working there are a bit strange. plus some times it takes so long to serve only a few people. maybe it is their policy to have big waiting lines such that people think you are a great place ? anyway...coffee is great, but this is not enough guys.

Its a real coffee shop! Pour overs, syphon coffee, Kyoto cold brewed iced coffee, cold brewed iced coffee, great pastries. Live music Friday and Saturday nights. Award winning espresso. Great coffee selection if you brew at home, and they always get new coffees in.

Best brew around for miles, and one of the finest fair trade beans in the US. The owners are truly knowledgable and keep a vibe of community running throughout the years in business feeding the feeling of a true cafe, like you find in Europe or on TV.

I enjoyed watching the staff roast beans right out there in the front but I didnt love the dirty chai I ordered. Ive had much better. The GF muffin options were a surprise. While they had milk alternatives, I was surprised almond wasnt one of them.

Cute little coffee shop. Cappuccino was nice and strong but not too bitter. Coffee was good. I accidentally put too much sugar and asked the staff to top me off. They not only did it, but they were extremely friendly ... even when the line was long.

Im a big fan of Coffee Labs and have been going there since the day they opened. I buy their beans and sit there to drink coffee most weekdays. I also enjoy my interactions with the staff. They work hard and roast the beans right in the shop.

This is the real deal. A coffee shop that roasts its own beans (well). They have several brewing methods as well as several single-origin coffees to choose from. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean and has a fun vibe to it.

The line was almost out the door but I love the vibe here, everyone is nice, and the coffee is extremely strong (which isnt a bad thing). For the first time I got a Sassy Brownie which was good, but I wish I got something else too!

Depending on who is making my Breve Cap. First was made beyond perfect by a young man, second a young girl with glasses poured a Latte completely oblivious to her error. They were so busy it wasnt worth the complaint.

They roast beans right in the store. Delicious coffee thats right up there with anyplace Ive tried, including NYC, Portland and San Francisco. I try to stop here every time I cross the Tappan Zee Bridge.

Super cute independently owned little coffee shop. They roast and grind the beans right in shop and the people there are so nice. I dont even like coffee and I would go back to this place again.
