Its all in the name - this coffee shop is designed to cater to the coffee professional, or extremely passionate hobbiest. This place is unapologetically quality first, and can be one of the slower cafes in the city. They take the time to do everything right, especially in their pour overs, which they have not optimized for speed. They are a multiroaster cafe and offer a great selection of their own coffee lines and rotate interesting, hard-to-find small roasters.

The coffee may be great, but I did not have a chance to try it. I enter the store to ask about their coffee equipment sale and have cup of coffee. I waited for a break between customers to ask if I am in right place to see coffee machines. The barista made me wait until serve all the customers ~10 mins, and then told me that they do not show the equipment. Nice service! I did not want coffee at this place any more

I went there with a few friends for their Latte Art Class. It was an amazing experience. Casey was generous in letting us practice as much as we want. She was very knowledgable on the process of preparing the coffee beans, as well as, on how to make a great latter art. I certainly recommend taking their classes. Worth to mention that their coffee is great.

They have a delicious variety of coffee beans from all over the world. The baristat is very knowledgeable and very attentive. Great atsmohosphere and delicious lattes. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

Different than regular Joes: The Pro Shop sells a variety of pourover making equipment as well as a nice roster of rotating coffee from all over the world; they regularly feature Phil & Sebastian, Tandem, The Barn, Lofted, and many others.

If youre looking for a mediocre $7 pour over coffee thats tested to ensure the right mix using a spectrograph, this is the place. I applaud the professionalism, though.

Good 3rd wave coffee served by knowledgable friendly staff who know their stuff. I got a good African pour over. Also lots of coffee gear available for purchase.

Large cup is extremely small and expensive. Coffee is stong. But in this heat bigger servings would be nice. Just not the place to go if you want a large coffee.

Fun and educational classes leaving you with plenty of coffee styles to sample and lots of new information on brewing methods or espresso.

They do pour over coffee. They have ice. But theyre not going to make you an iced pour over. Settle for a cold brew.

Not your average coffee shop. This is where baristas go to get their tools (when they really need something asap).

If you love coffee definitely worth a visit. They also have different classes on coffee and making it.

Great place to get a quick coffee. Even better place to pick up some brew at home accessories!
