The workers are the nastiest people on the face of the earth. I called to ask a simple question about a wine they had in stock. The man who answered the phone said, "Get to the point!" Before I could even explain what I was looking for. When I tried to finish, the nasty man hung up on me. I called back and a woman answered. I explained to her that I was not happy that I was just hung up on and I was still not given the answer to my question. She rudely stated, "He did answer you." And proceeded to hang up on me again. I will never give them a penny again after the way they spoke to me. If they keep speaking to customers the way they do, they will be out of business in no time!

When I asked the cashier about the Law Enforcement Discount (which I had received numerous times before) he snapped "since when do cops look out for us." I pointed out he might get more respect if gave more respect. Im not giving a place with rude staff business anymore.

I had a very good experience shopping here for a bottle of NYE Champagne. The prices were very good in comparison to the average costs found online. Well stocked too with a nice variety of top shelf brands. I had no problems with the service.
