I bought a nutra bullet blender for my mother as a gift for my mother threw the receipt out wrap it handed it to my mother comes to find out on Xmas day the nutria bullet had been used and missing pieces! Brought it back without a receipt and the register worker that night didnt input the e-receipt so the manger and store was giving a hard time under the assumption the item was from another store and refused to check cameras or help the situation. They find out days later through the cashier journal the receipt and we exchanged for a new one! Manager Joe and management team have horrible customer service/care. They have workers that lack knowledge of items in store! Its not clean mice and termite issues in the past at that same location! Wouldnt recommend to anyone looking for a gift shopping experience! double check items and keep the receipt!

It is the best i love the store you can get so much things from there they have good stuff there it is really cool and you can look at stuff and you can even go in the outside of the back it cool and you can get stuff from the back and if you need help the workers will help you and if you never been to kmart go there they close at july so i would go there in june if you go in July they will be shut go there everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!,

I have memories of this store being a go to place to shop, but those good old days are long gone. This is an underwhelming store in an underwhelming plaza where most of the stores are either closed or planning to close for a major plaza renovation. There are better shopping alternatives in the area.

This place is gross! Its been said for many years that it would soon be torn down. I understand why. Went looking for an electric scooter and found roaches instead. Nope, no thanks. Please working at food court area were arguing and using profanity. Wont miss you Kmart!

This Kmart has the worse customer service of any Kmart I know. Their lines are long & there is a wait. I have plenty of patience but theres been times i left what I wanted to buy and walked out. Some employees are knowledgeable about where to find items.

Huge k-mart here and it does have a good selection. However, staff seems limited because its hard to find someone to ask questions. Theres also a Nathans in there that never seems to be open and it gives the front a rather decrepit feeling.

The cashier had a bad attitude. No smiles, no greeting, no thank you. He also scanned one out my two coupons and just gave me back it without any explanation. At least tell me that I couldnt use the 2nd coupon. Worst customer service ever.

Theyre closing down...so extra nice deals. Its a variety place, you wont like everything, but there are many things you will. No fuss, no extra bells that jack up prices at stores like Target. Kmart is not overpriced.
