BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IV HAD IN ANY STORE. I walk in knowing what i wanted which was to buy a 7 day supplement, the price was a little high but i was prepared to pay, then she tries to sell me a bunch of overpriced products and when we finally get around to why im here she tells me that the 7 day supplement and GUARANTEES me it will work in 3 days, i ask her a bunch of questions regarding that starting with is that safe, she assures me it is and says how shes been doing this for 19 years and tells me "all the right things" long story short she gives me the 7 day product with a 3 day regimen and i got very sick, experienced sharp pains and nausea among other symptoms throughout those days and i would call and follow up between the 3 days and still tells me "all the right things" long story the product didnt work for me at all and and i went back to tell her my experience and she gives me a hard time and tells me i dont know how to follow directions among other rude comments. so i went to a gnc loacted in central islip and was given the same product and asked all the same questions and he tells me that she should have never told me that because of the health risks and because she was just flat out wrong with the information. i bought the same product from the CI location and went through the 7 day process and it worked out perfectly. please if you care about your health DONT GO TO THE RONKONKOMA LOCATION !!

I am appalled to learn that over the coarse of two years I have been taken advantage of and robbed of hundreds of dollars! Yes they are knowledgeable in this location, but the prices are not only high, but you are lied to and made to believe that you are being given a discount. After going into another location, I realized that on my last visit I was taken for at least $100. I have been in there every few months for the past 2 years! Not only morally wrong, but should be criminal. DO NOT shop here. Drive the extra 5 to 10 minutes to another location. These are individually owned franchises.

I have a bad experience every time I shop here. The women is extremely pushy selling supplements like a used car dealer. Tries to sell you all types of things you dont need or wouldnt even consider. The prices in the store are much more expensive than you see on the GNC website. I will never go back to this snake oil salesmen!!!

Dont come here. They are way overpriced! Neha is a liar and crooked. She tried to steal about $20 from me by telling me I was getting a Gold Mber price when I wasnt. Go to the Smith Haven Mall if you want something from GNC. Im also going to contact corporate about all of this. This GNC even charged me $20 for a $15 Gold Card.

i went in to get a few vitamins and she tried to push so many supplements at me that i didnt even need or want. and her knowledge on the store products is very spotty, i highly suggest you go to other locations. and her prices are very high. just an overall bad experience
