I called in to order flowers for a funeral, and Bella gave me a call back first off asking if I was a solicitor, then I made it known that I called her to inquire about getting flowers ordered, I told Bella that I had already called elsewhere because they took more than 20 minutes to call me back. She came back with, "Oh honey, its okay. We have over 100 orders of flowers anyway, so I wouldnt be able to help you anyway, dont worry." I was baffled that not only she called me to ask me why I was calling and accusing me of being a solicitor, but then degrading me by calling me honey, then not trying to earn my business, actually quite the opposite- telling me that its okay that I ordered from elsewhere, because they have enough business. I understand that it is Valentines Day and florists are very busy, but that is no excuse for being nasty to a potential customer for no reason and to top it off, she hung up on me while I was mid sentence. I am proud to say that I did not buy from Bella Fiori of Rhinebeck and I feel badly for anyone who gave them even a $1.

BEWARE. I setup an appointment to visit Bella Fiori. I spoke, several times, to representatives on the phone, and we exchanged many emails with a specific time and date. After driving all the way upstate from Long Island for our planned visit, we were blindsided by a RUDE woman (Tina). She obviously didnt remember our appointment which was confirmed on the phone and via email. I still have the email. This wouldnt have been an issue if she would have apologized and tried to accomodate us in some way. She didnt. In face, she was INCREDIBLY RUDE. She treated my mother and my mother-in-law with disrespect. Rather than apologize, she continued to make it worse by trying to justify her actions. Including an email afterwards. Please, please beware if attempted to visit this site. AWFUL.

I called to order flowers for one of my employees and got voice mail and left a detailed message. Someone called back and didnt ask for me and didnt say they were from Bella Fiori. That same person told my staff to stop calling them because they dont want any solicitation calls. I ended up calling them back and got the flowers delivered and they looked good. I will never use them again because they are rude and unresponsive.

I simply called to ask about the services they offer, was told to call back later because they were too busy for my call, & when I did, stated they did not want my order!? Dont walk down the aisle with BF, you could be left at the altar. Wont be in business very long...

I had a vision and Bella Fiori was bring it to life for my wedding. I could not have been happier with everything from the bouquets- centerpieces-- even name card stand. I highly recommend Tina and her team for your event.
