Absolutely incredible service, so efficient. My daughter at Fordham University was delighted with the quality and presentation of flowers which were delivered to her within 20 minutes of my ordering them. She described them as spectacular. I do not know when I last received customer service like this. Even my Scottish accent was understood perfectly and I did not have to repeat one single detail! Thank you very much.

Very creative florist, they are my choice for florists! They have helped with choices for holiday flowers as well as special parties. My aunts loved the holiday flowers, all I did is call and ask for something special. They did a memorial party and had elegant table flowers and a very special wreath. I couldnt have chosen any better myself. Thanks for all your beautiful choices.

I ordered flowers for a funeral that I was unable to attend. ONLY after asking my cousin if they were nice did I find out that they were NEVER DELIVERED. This was 10 days later and if I didnt happen to ask about them I would have never known. Apparently this Florist knew that and decided NOT to issue a refund until AFTER I contacted them!! Not very honest in my book!

Absolutely excellent service. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Sweetest Day, and they were delivered professionally and on time. They (the shop) even called me when they encountered a problem with my order and through their superb customer service, things were sorted out just fine. No hassle. She loved the arrangement. I live in California and ordered flowers from Flowers Bronx for my Aunts birthday. Despite the fact that they were closing, they took a 4pm delivery and delivered the flowers the same day. In addition, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers within my budget. I heartily recommend this Flowers Bronx!

Fantastic! I called up at 11am to have 5 corsages made for 3pm. Not only was the woman I spoke to so nice, she didnt give me a hard time about the short notice. And the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this florist!

The place is clean and big - its not what you expect in the Bronx. The quality is what you would find in Manhattan. There is a wide selection and most important of all, the service is top notch.
