The store in the JV mall has the best customer service. They told me that i could go to this store in ossining and exchange my defective game for one only ossining had in stock. So i called ossining and asked them to hold my game. After driving all the way out there, waiting in the long line(due to aparently being poorly staffed), they didnt even have my game on hold, so they had to find it. Then they told me they couldnt do the exchange, and that since the JV staff said i could, i would have to go back there and do an exchange and wait for a store to store transfer. WORST GAMESTOP EVER. Do youself a favor and go to JV, where they care about their customers

The manager here, Sam, is really a top notch leader and a great manager. You can tell because his employee Brian speaks so highly of him, and he speaks so highly of Brian. The BEST Gamestop in NY. It used to be Thornwood but since the manager changed this is the only place to go. Really. The only one.

great staff. the best people to go to for game. i love the store and I am huge gamer and they do give a lot of offers. they also do work with you to give to the best price available for games. If they do not have it. I have to honestly say the staff are very good at what they do.

Variety of different games and each section was organized perfectly! The staff was really helpful when it came to pick up a game. Tough I wish the AC would be cranked down and that the variety of games extended more.
