They mis-scheduled my birthday party. I asked for 2-4, got there at 130 to make sure all was ready, and they said "uh... We scheduled you 3-5". I paid $50 to set my kids up in a room thats otherwise rented out for free, and for a worker to just stand there... Products on sale were reasonable, and others only with the coupons. I wont shop there without the coupons. Used to work at a competitor, I know how it works...
