For a chain big box grocery store it has a local hometown feel. When I shop I want to stay in the store because of friendly local touches and employees. One can find posters of local farmers with accompanying text that educate about wholesome foods, giveaways and other helpful information you can take with you. Local craftspeople also have a place here. I have purchased bath salts as a habit in the past at this location that have been pleasing, relaxing and miss the local woman who made them. The display was home grown and friendly. Candles, and especially homemade soaps sold in slices come in various scents like lemon and lime. I am partial to the lemon scented soap. They also carry offbeat great companies like Burts Bees and when I asked them to carry a Burts Bees product that I could not find they ordered it for me and I then purchased the item the following week. Whole Foods success is also predicated on this kind of customer responsiveness, service. They also carry heirloom products and are consciously changing their store to meet the demands of saavy farmer shoppers who want clean honest products at the table. No GMOs. I eat very frequently in the restaurant here and yes they have one although it seems it is the best kept secret to date. It is a shame that the town does not allow a sidewalk cafe like the popular one in their Wellington Green Mall location in Florida.

My wife and I make a 15 mile trip to this location and spend anywhere from a minimum of $250-300/week, EVERY week. It is really starting to get quite annoying how the only male store manager I have ever seen at this location-- a short older "man" in his late 50s-60 with darker graying hair always in a plaid button-up shirt, has the audacity to literally follow us around as if we are stealing. This has been happening for months on end now. He pretends to be fixing shelves! It is actually quite comical to watch. I come from an asset-protection background and I can pick up on this behavior immediately. My wife will even be breastfeeding our child, and he will still be at every aisle we are, right behind us within 30 seconds of us moving on to the next aisle. His eyes are constantly following us as it has become more and more apparent. What he is looking for, exactly, I dont know. I will be forced to confront him on our next shopping trip, as my wife is becoming more and more uncomfortable because of it, and I will likely verbally embarrass him in front of his staff and customers if he does not discontinue this action, as well, we will also gladly take our business elsewhere. From a business standpoint, you also might want to employ different tactics or entirely different staff for AP, rather than this method/employee-- as you will only be losing customer traffic, not product.

Buffet at this store is significantly below WF standards. Food is consistently over cooked, tasteless, greasy, and cold by the time you reach the table. I never had greasy vegetarian food until I ate here. If you compared the buffet to other WF Markets you would be hard pressed to believe it was part of the same chain. After a dozen attempts over four months, I surrender. I kept hoping I had bad luck and was catching them on an off day or off time. The buffet is consistently off.

Let me be clear, I love this store but they need to reevaluate the quality of their organic fruits. Buy them (some not all) firm in the store but nearly rotted half way in and down to Pitt or seed. The worse offenders for me are Nectarines, apples and sometimes lemons. Please figure this out as I want to continue to shop here.

Amazing in every regard. This is one of the better Whole Foods Markets Ive been to. Probably because its the newest and most spacious. This one BLOWS AWAY the Jericho Whole Foods. Absolutely incredible place!

The store is clean and well organized, prive is high but food is fresh. Find noosa and a French toast there. There is also buffet there, almost salad. Finding no fruit pie which I heard is quite good.

This is my Whole Foods of choice. It is much larger and much nicer than the location in Jericho. It has a very nice, and larger than average, salad bar and several ready foods, including fresh sushi.

I use to live by this whole foods. This store is more professional then the store in Cherry Creek Denver. The men who work there are well trained and the food is good.

Whole Foods has never been quite the same for me since the reports on sub standard health code issues. Unforgivable considering the prices that they charge.

There were lots of hot and cold food choices to pick from but the taste was not exceptional. Some parts were undercooked. Other options were great.
