I ordered a kayak online. In the picture it showed 2 removable top decks one soft and a hard deck. When I received my boat there was only the hard deck. I sent an email asking where the soft deck was, the customer service rep asked where I saw that a soft deck came with the boat. So I attached the picture from their website in my email back to the rep and have heard nothing back.... I would have given 5 stars cause the boat was good priced and shipped very fast but the customer service is a joke.. I would have rather got an email saying I was wrong than none at all..

Top dollar, yes... but you get your moneys worth with a huge selection of the best products for outdoor adventure, and the staff knows their stuff. Visiting Kenco is one of my favorite "tourist destinations" in the area, and I can easily spend hours there.

Best outdoor sports store in Ulster County. Friendly, professional service makes the experience all that much better. Lots to see here, get the rewards card so you can save some money on future purchase as prices are not deep discount.
