I placed an order, and never received anything. They called me and let me know they didnt have what I ordered in stock, but then claimed they didnt know how to refund my money, or put in my account. The person whom I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and began to yell on the phone and use profanity and said they will not do anything about getting my money back, he repeatedly cursed and didnt care. Very poor service! They are thiefs. i had to file a dispute in order to retrieve my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

I placed an order for mothers day flower and they called me after i placed an order and charged my account and he said that they dont deliver to brooklyn so i ask for my refund and he said that he doesnt know how to. Seriously this flower shop is a thief. Until now they havent refund my money been trying to call but no answer.
