DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING. If I could give it less I would. They were my florist for my wedding this past October. They also supplied the net lighting and tulle for the reception. I was not going to write this negative review because the arrangements were pretty and decent, but I just got my wedding photos back and I discovered a THIRD issue with this vendor and feel people should be aware of the so called "WORK" that these people provide. My original arrangement with them was for 10 bouquets of flowers (not expensive ones) to go along the aisle for my ceremony (skipping every other row) and then 2 bouquets in front on the gazebo and a large piece for over the gazebo above the officiant. My next arrangement was for 8 runs of black tulle with net lights inside my reception room. Problem 1... on the day of the wedding the owner who was there to put the piece on the top of the gazebo couldnt figure out how to get it on the front of the gazebo and instead of asking an associate that worked at the ceremony site how he could get the piece in the front of the gazebo he stuck it on the inside of the gazebo in the back where it could barely be seen. Problem 2 (which I saw RIGHT AWAY) he charged me per run of the tulle and lighting and I had paid for 8 BUT he only put up 4 runs. Additionally it took him over a week to send the reception site his liability waiver and proof of insurance, causing my now husband and I to stress that whole week wondering if he was going to be able to even put the tulle and lighting up at all for that day. I believe he sent it to the site the day before the event. My final and last problem: Problem 3 I am now looking at my photos of my ceremony and see 4... NOT 10 bouquets along the aisle. And the 2 bouquets (2 on each side totaling 4) are on the first and second row only. I cannot even express my disappointment in this place. I tried to rectify the first 2 problems (because I was unaware of the 3rd) with them after my wedding and they made me jump through hoops. When I finally met with them the owner of course wasnt there and the associate he had left in charge only had the ability to refund me a mediocre amount. Borderline insulting. There was no apology and there was no admission of error OR admission about the bouquets. I now found out over 3 months later that the service was even more terrible than initially thought. I have now 4 friends who are getting married in the next year and a half. They had asked me if I would recommend my florist and I have always said "HECK NO." Now whenever someone asks I will say "HECK NO but I think they went out of business anyway because they were crooks." 2 of my friends have already used 2 of my other vendors who were exquisite. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING. Not sure how their every occasion arrangements are but if the service is like what I received for my wedding you better have a super simple arrangement and not ask too much thought or effort from them. If you are interested in EVERY other aspect of my wedding which as I said was amazing from the dress to the hotel I stayed at you can look at my page on the knot and all the great reviews I left for all my other vendors. I took a chance through google-ing a floral company in Westchester and I landed in the right place! This florist is fantastic - completely blew away my expectations. I had wanted a 2 in a 1 exotic floral arrangement that could still have a living plant after all the fillers dried and I got more than what I had asked for. The orchid plant was beautiful full flower in bloom with wonderful fillers of birds of paradise, Peruvian lilies, bromeliads and other lush greens. Just looking at the arrangement makes me think that I am in a tropical paradise. Great florals at a reasonable price. Gorgeous - will definitely order from them again.

Yesterday, i sent my sister and mother orchids for mothers day. My mom (and avid orchid grower) received a large double stemmed white orchid plant and sent me a pic that the leaves seem to be slightly damaged. I immediately called the store and asked if there was something they could do. Frank listened to my concern, and today my mother was delivered a new robust orchid plant that she is very happy with! You know you have to please mom...so i appreciate the professionalism and customer service! Great job Wild Orchids! and thank you Frank!

LKA629*******Awesome Florist****** Beautiful assortment to choose from for any occasion, unfortunately I needed flowers for a funeral but even then they make you feel so at ease and have extremely helpful ideas to fit your needs. My arrangement they suggested was "absolutely" gorgeous!!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer of W.O.W. !!!!! Thanks for your help!! I suggest you try them you will never go anywhere else!!

I LOVE this florist . They are the best Florist in town. Wild Orchid of Westchester have the most beautiful arrangements for all my occasions and the flowers are always extremely fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They listen to what you want and make the perfect arrangement to meet your needs. I am sold.... I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Very easy to order and navigate site. Flowers were delivered promptly. My only complaint is the bouquet I picked out was supposed to be bright pink and blue and what was received were shaded of washed out yellow. Not quite the same. In the future maybe just have the picture be what youre actually sending. Thank you
