Its a family favorite. My parents went as a kid and now I bring my kids. I love the old style ice cream parlor bar set up. Their homemade whipcream turns to butter in your mouth. Size down, or share, because the portions are huge! I love their sponge candy, but some of the other chocolates are hit or miss. I think they could use a higher quality chocolate.

A Western NY jewel. They do an incredible job of providing the best ice creams and chocolates in the area. Everything is made on site and it is incredibly well done from the whipped cream on the sundaes to the chocolate candies. They have been open at this location for 100 years and for the sake of my grand children may they be open another 100.

I use to come to this place 30+ years ago when I was a kid. We drove up from NC to see family and had to come here. ABSOLUTELY OUT OF BOUNDS!!!!! The BEST ice cream, whipped cream,and hot fudge on the planet. I truly understand why this place is celebrating 100 years of business. Amazing doesnt even describe it!!!! A+++++++++++++!!!!

Staffs were so friendly despite being busy. They answered all our questions and gave us recommendations. The portions were so huge. One specialty sundae is more than enough for three adults. Good thing we listened to the staffs advice and only ordered one. We couldnt finish. Decadent whipping cream and rich ice cream.

I was in Antoinettes on Monday 29th of June 2015 and bought numerous items to take back to north Carolina.The 2 8oz bags of orange sponge candy ,they were marked orange were missing the orange flavor they tasted like regular milk chocolate so we were disappointed!!!

I have been going to Antionettes since I was kid and love love love their sponge candy. I have tried others and no one compares. I love their ice cream as well and travel now from Lockport to go get a scoop or two and while I am there pick up some chocolates.

Always friendly staff. A good rotation of ice cream flavors. Fairly inexpensive, $18 for two adults and one child to get 3 sundaes. Just a heads up there is NO table service. They also have a large selection of homemade confections and gifts.

This has to be one of the premier spots in Western NY for ice cream. They dont spare the fat or portions, but people generally dont eat ice cream to lose weight. Has a nice, homemade feel, and the ice cream is indeed made right there.

Excellent ice cream, chocolates, etc. They use FRESH whipped cream that at times is difficult to distinguish from vanilla ice cream. Walk in, take a breath and you can feel your arteries clogging! Love it!

Amazing chocolate selection. Staff is always friendly here, even when busy during holiday seasons. They also sell ice cream which is amazing. Plenty of seating as well. Highly recommend for the sweet tooth.
