I love this place as it is a wonderful day just walking around there, such a pleasant beautiful experience, and, once in a while some good buys but NOT great buys. My biggest complaint is the electronic directories situated in the mall. In the past, there was a map posted, and several people at one time could look at it, no problem at all. NOW, one has to wait in line for the person in front of you to finish what they were doing on the computer directory. I was there this past weekend, and lots of times people behind me got fed up waiting and just winged it. I did also, got tired of waiting to use it, so I winged it, and then got lost and couldnt find the store I wanted. Wish the stores were easier to find, and BRING BACK THE MAPS!! That electronic thing is stupid, and no one wants to wait on a long line while the person using it is trying to figure it out. The food choices there really suck, I always end up eating bringing my lunch and eating it in the car, as I dont want to pay top dollar and eat crappy food. I hate to complain so much, but the parking there is awful!! Its just not laid out very well, the stores or the parking, and trying to get OUT of that mall is horrendous!! In general, I DO like going there as its so pretty and pleasant, just wish they would make some improvements.

I used to enjoy visiting Tanger Deer Park. But now that they have changed their shuttle bus schedule to thoroughly inconvenience those of us who use the LIRR to travel to Tanger Deer Park, I dont know if Ill go back again. The shuttle used to be waiting to meet the train coming from NY Penn Station and would usually wait for the NY Penn-bound train as well to pick up customers and employees alike for the trip to the complex. Now the shuttle sits in the parking lot for 30 minutes. For no reason. And for the trip back, you now have to board the shuttle bus one hour before your train even though the ride is less than 10 minutes. This is a complete waste of time and is inefficient. The train station has no facilities, not even a bathroom. I ended up spending $7 on a cab back to the station for my 2:28 train. The bus used to pick up for this train at 2:00. Now they want you there at 1:30. No thanks. Obviously the idiot who devised the policy doesnt use the service. And since I dont always have an extra $7 for cabs, I dont think Ill visit Tanger again. There are other places to shop where I wont be subjected to unnecessary aggravation. Not everyone drives. Dont make it harder for those of us who use public transportation.

Calidad, buenos precios, marcas y buena infraestructura.

Favorite shopping stops are Talbot, Rockport, sometimes Coach,, and other clothes stores, food stops at Nathans Franks, Johnny Rockets, and of course, first stop at Customer Service. A food court like in River Head would be very nice for shoppers. The ladies there are great - always helpful and when they greet shoppers, always pleasant. It is always important as a first impression for shoppers - as I sometimes equate first impressions with doctors and dentists offices. Thanks for a very good shopping experience. My trip on Sat., June 1st, just to alert shoppers when driving on Commack Rd., and making a right turn to go to the outlets, beware of the light. I stopped but the light anticipates that you will turn on red without waiting the appropriate seconds. It flashed on my car but we will see.

Great variety of stores, great prices. You can become a Tanger Club Member for a 1 time fee of $10 and with that you receive a free coupon book ($5 for non-members) everytime you visit which has savings for just about every store plus some local places. Theres also movie ticket packs, free stroller rentals, and much more. During the winter they have the largest (artifical) tree on the island, ice skating around the tree, and a nice Winter Festival with the Rockettes (ice skaters). They also have had free summer concert series with the likes of 5th Harmony, Andy Grammer, Hot Chelle Rae, and many more (last time I went for that was 2014 so you may went to check up on it. Tanger Deer Park is definitely an excellent shopping/ movie destination!

Very clean and beautiful outdoor Mall. Lots of shops. Great Regal Movie theater within the outlet. Could use more places to eat within the outlet. They should have built a food court. Lots of walking involved. Beautiful water fountains and botanical potted plant designs and floral landscapes. In the winter they utilize a large area within the outlet as an ice skating rink. Occasionally the outlet will host summer musical entertainment as well as weekend farmers markets. The outlet is well maintained and dressed beautifully with lights and a huge Christmas tree for the winter holidays. The parking areas are tremendous and shuttle buses are available as well.

Very convenient location rather than driving all the way to the Riverhead location. Although this location has less stores than the Riverhead location it is by far more accessible via public transportation preferably the LIRR as well as major highways including the LIE, Southern State Parkway as well as Sagtikos Parkway. The prices are great and during major holidays they become even better. During the summer months as well as around Christmas time this location comes to life with a farmers market, open air concerts, ice skating as well as an official Christmas Tree lighting celebration were in years past they have had the Radio City Rockets perform.

This is my favorite outlet mall to go to. Although I find the items sold here expensive, compared to the other one, there is so much more to do here than just shopping. There is the movie theater & different types of places to eat that youre bound to find something youll like. In the summer, they have free concerts, sometimes with well known artists. In the winter, they have a Christmas tree lighting with Santa Claus for the children and an ice rink to skate. Its definitely a great place to go for a walk and hang out. For people coming from the city, they offer a free shuttle bus from the Deer Park train station.

Beautiful buildings, pretty to walk through on a nice day but easy to get lost and have a far distance back to the car. Very clean and mostly desolate - there should be security at off times so I feel safer and to ask directions. Love Eddie Bauer, Talbot, Chicos, Nike. Most of the designer stores are way overpriced and their merchandise is not sized true or sewn correctly. I could do way better at TJMaxx or Marshalls. The concessions are pricey and not worth eating at. I usually plan to have a meal a few miles away. The Christmas Tree store is great for buying inexpensive snacks in the interim.
