I was in the store today for the first time met with Dorothy and she was very helpful in explaining all the different types of shakes and juices that they offer. My goal is to loose ten pounds and Dorothy said with using the shakes and juicing as replacement meals it should be no problem . Will report back!

Has a ton of healthy food inside but decor is nasty. Dirty carpet with rips and shreds all over. Posters thatblook like they werenripped from magazines scotch taped on the wall. Juice bar is ok. I feel like i walked into a health store in the late 80s and they never updated.

Great selection of vitamins and a lot of vegetarian, organic, and gluten free foods. Best of all is the fresh juice bar. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful which is hard to come by in grocery stores or chains.
