I was tattooed by Ryan, quality is pretty good. I personally think theyre over priced; but I dont argue I just pay the cost, and know that I wont ever return in the future, or recommend this place to anyone. I have five little ass letters and a few lines dancing around the letters. No bigger than a dollar bill so to pay damn near $300 I thought that was ridiculous. But thats me if you can afford to throw your money away on something that small then, check out this place. Ive got more work done for less money lets just leave it at that. I rated this 3 stars because the quality of that tattoo was good nothing outstanding but not bad either. I personally like to connect with my artist, maybe chat a little here and there as youre carving into my skin, thats just me. I usually keep an earbud in one ear while the other is left out if the artist wants to ask any questions like; "what made u choose this tattoo etc.." I felt no connection what so ever with Ryan, I literally felt like I was just an inconvenience he couldnt wait to get out of his chair. I even tried to spark up convos here and there and nothing. He was actually more interested in talking/shouting to other employees than with the person sitting directly in front of him. Honestly the atmosphere doesnt feel too welcoming. The lady at the front desk was probably the warmest person I encountered at triple diamond. The shop does look pretty cool Ill give em that. Oh and not to mention when having my first consultation with Ryan he not only made me feel like a complete idiot, he seemed as if he didnt want to help me figure out a design. Idk if hes just not a ppls person or if he was just having a bad two weeks.. Overall this shop isnt well priced, atmosphere is cool [IF] ur into dead objects hanging on the walls, quality is good as well. So maybe try Jon Jon; I wish I didnt feel bad about asking for him rather than the first person who picked up the phone when I called. Good luck!

BEWARE OF HIDDEN POLICIES. Completely appalled by the unprofessional conversation held in the phone with the female artist who preceded to hang up on me. After having a death in my family, I had to be flown out the day before my appointment. As Triple Diamon is closed on Sunday and Monday I was unable to reach them via phone due to my lack of service overseas. I was not verbally informed that my $200 deposit would be COMPLETELY LOST as I was unable to make my appointment due to this unfortunate incident. After mentioning that I was not verbally informed of the policy, the young lady on the phone became quite arrogant insisting that the call come to an end because she did not find it "productive." After mentioning that I was willing to have a legal aid contact her through email pertaining the unspoken policy, she proceeded to raise her voice and said "Call your lawyer!" And hung up the phone before providing the email. Im definitely surprised by the manner in which she handles the situation as it was rather unprofessional. I advise that you take the matter of reading the fine print and asserting yourself with the policy very carefully. I was verbally informed of the non refundable policy but not the cancellation lost. Now, Im at a loss of $200 because of a policy the tattoo artist, Simon Turnner was reluctant to relay. Im not sure how they expected me to inform them that I was unable to attend if I am in another country, under duress and unable to revive or make any outgoing calls, text or any cellular services for that matter. Very appalled by the lack of information provided & the way the situation was handled considering the circumstances. Will pursue.

I absolutely love my new tattoo, Triple Diamond is an excellent shop! I 100% recommend stopping by for the strange vintage shop up front and then making an appointment with Jon Jon. I first e-mailed to inquire about a consultation. When I didnt get an answer for a couple of days I chalked it up to normal cooler, busier, better than everyone else tattoo shop mentality but then I got a response from Shannon. She apologized for the lag because they were at a tattoo convention and immediately provided consultation times that worked with my schedule (what a treat!). The consultation went great and Jon Jon couldnt have been nicer. He listened to all my concerns and ideas for a partial cover up and immediately made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. When I finally went in to get my tattoo it was a fabulous experience. The shop is clean, has good music and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Jon Jon asked multiple times if I liked what he was doing, if I wanted anything more or different. My new tattoo is better than I could have imagined and for a totally reasonable rate! I will absolutely be getting more work done by Jon Jon!

If youre looking for high quality tattoo work and a fun, positive experience, look no further. They will nail whatever you bring in, or take whatever half-baked concept you might have and knock it out of the park. Jon Jon is a machine. He cleaned up my 10-15 year old sleeves and completely restored it in just a few short sittings. He also did some lettering that is completely flawless, looks like a typewriter did it. Ryans work is insane. After seeing a sketch that far exceeded my expectations, he went to town on my ribs and left one of the gnarliest pieces Ive ever seen using multiple techniques. Hes got a light touch too, even after a few hours in a sensitive spot, it felt more like I was being massaged by little baby fairy hands than being tattooed. (It also deserves mentioning that the "gift shop" alone is worth a visit. Whether youre in to cool antiques, taxidermy, jewelry, hand-made soaps, coffee table conversation starters, or just want to knock out all your Xmas shopping IN ONE STOP! This is the place. All the stuff I was hoping to find at the Brooklyn Flea, well, its here. And cheap!) This place is a gem, check it out.

Triple Diamond Tattoo is great! I took my sister in law to get her first tattoo from Jon Jon then decided that I wanted to start getting some work again. Between the shop atmosphere and the crew I knew this would be my new spot. So that same day I started a cover up which would eventually be part of a full sleeve. Now its a couple months later and Im 2 sessions into the cover up and 1 session into the outline for the rest of the sleeve. I couldnt come up with the execution but Jon Jon took everything we spoke about, grabbed a few markers and just started to draw. Some lines here, some lines there and within a little bit we had the makings of my sleeve. Its ridiculous the amount of talent he has. So far everything he has done on me is free hand. Normally Id be nervous but after the initial meet I knew this guy was on point. Now when I go I just say do your thing because I have that much faith in him. Thanks Triple Diamond!

I have gotten multiple tattoos now from Triple Diamond Tattoo and I must say, I love them!!! The shop itself is gorgeous. It looks amazing and has a bunch of really cool items for sale from jewelry to art, even taxidermy! My artist is Ryan Roi and he has done nothing short of amazing work on me. Every tattoo has come out better than I could imagine and keeps me coming back for more. Both Ryan and Jon Jon are kick ass artist and awesome people. If youre looking to get a first tattoo or add to the collection you already have this shop provides amazing service with a personal intimate experience. Not to mention they play great music an adorable Brussles Giffon named Elwood, and if youre lucky hell be in the shop when youre there!!!
