Fast, Friendly and informative! The whole staff was warm and welcoming from the start. I wanted to get my annual eye exam to see how horrible my vision has become. I visited their website and was able to clearly see what doctors were available at both of their locations. Within minutes, I was able to make an appointment and head over to their store. As stated before, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was assisted with my insurance coverage information. After getting the admin stuff done, I was helped by each and everyone of the staff members. Dr. Nguyen was very informative and patient as I had a hard time deciding which lens I felt the most comfortable in. After all of the tests were done, I was assisted in selecting a new pair of glasses and was offered a variety of companies and styles to choose from. They were not push at all!! I loved the fact that they understood I was indecisive. Super helpful and understanding of my needs. pretty much my ideal experience! I will and have already recommended this place to others.

Stopped in here on a lark, and was pleasantly surprised at the extensive collections of designer frames. As I needed my eyes examined and new eyeglasses, I decided why not. The staff showed me a variety of frames and also explained my vision insurance. They were professional and had lots of patience Dr. Nguyen was thorough with her examination and with her explanations. She made me feel at ease and comfortable ( I am pregnant, so I was cautious as to the effect any eye examination would had have on my condition). My eyeglasses were ready earlier that promised which was great. They were fitted and sized properly and I left the store feeling good about my overall experience and seeing much better too. Keep up the good work! I would definitely recommend Eye D Vision to anyone looking for quality frames and professional and expert service.

Very FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING. They worked with me when it came to pricing. From %600to $390. I know all places make it appear there saving you X amount but they were so nice about it. LoL. They didnt act like I didnt have a choice or take it or leave it. Which is appreciated. Because then I would have acted like someone being jerked. LARGE selection of FRAMES. cheapy ones to high end ones. The Doc was really cool. Same age as me and when he explained he was able to relate to me and explain why certain lenses should be CONSIDERED not You NEED or You MUST or You SHOULD. Which was cool.

This is a great local shop in the neighborhood. I went in to get new contacts and was seen by Dr. Nguyen immediately without an appointment. She was so nice and explained everything to me and was so patient. She and her staff are so professional and really went out of their way. I had such a pleasant experience there and got the contacts that were a best fit for me. I will definitely go back whenever I need a refill. They really care about their customers and it shows!

Bright lights, neatly organized columns, cleanliness? Check Delightful staff, welcoming, and well-trained? Check Good brand name items? Check Knowledgeable doctors that care? Check Convenient location right off the train? Check. Okay, maybe the train part is slightly bit "ehh", because if the doors open, things get a little loud from the outside noise. But well deserved 5 stars!

I absolutely love this clinic and all of the staff. It is a little ways away from my home, but i happily travel past the 10 clinics in my locale to be seen here. I love Dr.Diana Nguyen she is very thorough and a complete sweetheart, The front desk staff are really friendly and wont hesitate to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I want to say how much I enjoyed my visit at Eye D Vision! All staff were extremely professional and so nice!! They answered all of my questions and really made my daughter and I feel extremely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Ive been coming to this office for about two years now. I love this office. Everybody is very kind. Theyre very quick with giving appointments. Any insurance issues Ive had theyve been very patient explaining and sorting everything out. Id recommend them to anyone. They have two offices in convenient locations.
