I have been coming to Bensonhurst Family Vision for roughly about 10 years now. I feel that anytime i visit the store whether it be for an regular eye exam, pair of sunglasses, or prescription change i am treated like more than just a number or customer. Picked up a new pair of Prada sunglasses last week and didnt feel pressured to buy them or that i was bothering the staff even though i probably spent 30 minutes looking before i decided on a pair. I have been to other retailers to browse and make sure i am still getting my best deal at BFV but i dont feel that i get the same attention to detail for my eyes at large retailers that i do at BFV. My eyes are not something i am willing to compromise on and i feel well taken care of at BFV. I have sent friends and family members and will continue to do so. They got my 5 star rating

*****warning stay away******* BEWARE! I asked for my eye exam information and PD so I can order lenses online, to what I was told that I have to pay for it. It is absolutely illegal to deny a patient his information upon the request! This information must be free of charge because it was paid for during the initial eye test. The reason they do this is to make patients their customers and force them to buy glasses and lenses from them. An eye doctor there is just another hostage of the frames/glasses business.

I have been going here since I was a child with my father. I think it has been over 13 years. I remember always buying candy at the 25 cent candy machines. Now, I am 19 years old and live in Staten Island. I still come for my glasses and contacts by myself or with my boyfriend even though it takes me 1:30 to get there. It is a really friendly place.

VERY, VERY SATISFIED!!! Had an eye exam, got contact lenses and new designer glasses for less than I paid for my last pair of glasses (that I was never really happy with). Thanks Kristin for taking your time and helping me select the perfect pair. LOVE THEM!
