We just started our business and UPS lost the package by dropping it off at an abandoned house. UPS paid us for full loss, product plus the shipping. However, this UPS Store stated UPS only paid us for shipping costs. They cashed the check and kept the portion we were suppose to receive for the product. Gave us a company check for just the shipping. When we questioned them about this, we should have received the full amount, they refused to pay us remaining portion and told us were mistaken. These people are rip offs.

I went there at 5:30pm, which is 30 minutes before their closing time, to return my school books and they werent there. The employees decided to leave early. I waited around a few minutes to see if anyone came back, but no one showed. A neighboring store told me that the employees left at 4:00. I rushed to the store after work to accommodate their hours and no one was there to help me.

Great UPS Store. The guy that runs it is very helpful, and the other staff are great as well. Mailbox rates are very reasonable. I own a small business and do most of my UPS shipping at this location. The only complaint is that I wish they didnt close early on Saturdays.

I like dropping my packages here! Most of the complaints are silly and because people are just stupid and dont understand whos responsible for what and when.

This is my favorite UPS store so far, I pick up my packages from Amazon here so I dont worry about them at home :)
