Best deli around! Reasonable deli prices, good value, friendly service (all of which are sorely lacking at certain other delis in the area, especially Cookys), delicious sandwiches and prepared foods, and a VERY CLEAN STORE. The only discordant note is slightly higher than expected prices on frozen and refrigerated foods, beer, and cigarettes. However, the other grocery items are reasonably priced, and the staff is top notch. Having tried just about every deli in town, this is now the ONLY deli I patronize, even though theyre across town from me and others are in walking distance.

Handy Pantry is an excellent neighborhood store. I visit it on a daily basis for a lunch sandwich that cant be beat. Generous portions of cold cuts, cheese, and anything you might want on it. They also have a full breakfast menu as well as dinner to go. The staff is always helpful and attentive. They open early and close late. For breakfast, lunch, dinner , groceries, or household items Handy Pantry is the real deal.

Always a pleasure to visit this store/deli. Prices are quite reasonable and service is continuosly superb. Food is wonderful and they make my sandwiches just how I request. I love the newly renovated lot and building. Watch out for those divinely deviled eggs!
