My experience in the past has not been so great, store was a mess, employees including managers were very rude. The new manager Mike was very helpful and polite and went out of his way to help me find items i needed for my new born even while be the only one who cam into work that day. I felt so bad for him because he claims it hasnt been the only day he has had to work alone.

Generally the staff are very helpful, and when the store first opened, it was clean and well stocked. Recently it has become a little messier and its best to not go during rush hour times to avoid long lines. Mornings and early weekends are the better times to shop.

They are OK. I come here only when I need certain things. Recently they changed their hours, so check if you are planning to go late at night, the hours presented online are not always correct.

This store is not kept stocked up, there are times when most shelves are empty. Love the hours, makes it convenient and it 1/2 a block from the 36th street station on the N train.

Great store, great prices. Not the safest place to shop though. Customers do get out of hand because theres no security guards in the store. Watch your hand bags and wallets.
