I would have had better luck asking chimps to print my poster. I dropped it off in Sunday... all i needed was a 48x72 poster for a presentation. They said no problem. I wrote the folder and file name on their firm so they wont get confused. They said it will be done by Wednesday morning at the latest. Most likely sooner. That was perfect because I am presenting 6am Thursday. I call on Monday to confirm the order. Confirmed. I call Tuesday night to confirm the delivery for Wednesday morning. CONFIRMED... we will call you tomorrow they said. I wait. By noon i call and they suddenky cant find it. Printer cant get it here. Dont know where it is. I go there and they say its in East Brunswick... They can have it by tomorrow... AFTER MY PRESENTATION. So I tell them I will drive to East Brunswick. I am here now. The people here said they didnt send it until 2 pm TODAY! AND HERE IS THE KICKER.... They sent the wrong file! On the wrong paper! The Fedex associates are printing it correctly here right now for me... Thank goodness i brought the flash drive with me as I drove over an hour out of my way. Thank you East Brunswick FedEx...DONT GO TO SPRINGFIELD UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND A WHOLE LOT OF "I DONT KNOW. "

I walked in with my tiny hypoallergenic dog in my arms. I had a prepaid shipment for some documents to ship. The rep told me that I could not have my dog there unless I had papers deeming him a service dog. I asked her if they served food. She said they did not, however some people may be allergic to dogs. Ridiculous! 2 to 3% of Americans are allergic to dogs. Of those how many walk into Fedex stores? And how many of those will actually come near me or touch my hypoallergenic dog? NONE! I took my dog to my car & by the time I came back to the counter she had processed the shipment and handed me the receipt so the whole thing took 10 secs tops! This was the last time I used FedEx. I am sure this store had many items that would cause an allergic reaction to the tiny percentage of people that have allergies. Plants, latex. While more and more businesses are becoming pet friendly FedEx is busy inconveniencing customers for for silly reasons. Shame on you FedEx!

My cousin order something and wanted me try it. She send it to on the 21 of September. We were told we will have it n 5 days . That was a LIE. Trying to locate package from the tracking number they give was a nightmare. They claim they try to delivered it but never left a door tag. Once I got through to a customer service person , pack will not be deliver again . I had to pickup it up. I had to beg them to leave it at a FedEx closet to me cause they wanted to leave it out of state. And only give me 5 days from call to pick up before they send it back to sender. I will never do business with them ever again n advice everyone I know to the same

There is nothing to like about this place!! Came to drop off a package and needed a receipt and the young lady had a nasty attitude like if she was doing me a favor. You get paid to be behind the counter. Only reason I came here was because this was the method the supplier wanted me to use. UPS has better customer service then FedEx does. Youre employees are the image of the company so thank employee number: 823015 at the Springfield,NJ location on route 22 for me having to leave this bad review!!!

Went there to drop off the prepaid package. It was a shoe box wrap in the white plastic wrap. Just like it come wrapped in the same package like the store send it.This lady told me they wont take this because HAS TO BE IN THE BOX.SHE CAN SELL ME A BOX FOR $8.00so I went to location in Union. They took it with out a question.

I had 1 envelope to pick up but they have only 1 employee working running the print center and fedex. Long wait since she was to busy making copies and talking to her regular customer. Has no clue on how to multi-task. Ill use UPS from now on

Dont use fedex to ship anything they are so stupid and inefficient, I got a headache when speaking to customer service. Will never do business with them again rather pay the extra money to ship it via usp. I hope they go out of business.

When I need to ship things after hours, I often go here to get the job done. The only reason I deducted a star is because FedEx in general seems to be more to ship that USPS.
