Do Not do business with this store or you will regret it. I have a box there for my business. I paid a lot of money to have something shipped today (Friday) and I track the package and it says that they attempted to deliver it but the business was closed, I go there and there is a sign that states that they are closed today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday) and that they will re-open on Monday!!! The sign also stated that they will be closed again Friday through Sunday of next week for no apparent reason whatsoever. I pay for a box, a box that I am supposed to have full access to and be able to pick up important packages during the normal business hours of operation, but apparently they dont care about their customers at all. I will be moving my business elsewhere and will no longer use UPS for anything whatsoever, I rather go to Fed-Ex at least I know they will never ever close early or take a full 3 days off for no reason. So unprofessional.

Excellent customer service provided at this UPS Store. I have no idea why people are complaining about the $1 packaging fee. When I go to the post office, they dont provide any tape if I need it. And in this day and age, I am surprised people expect free things. They are also running a business. Also, I have seen them give free water bottles to their drivers who come in sweating during the summer. That is true service and care. They take interest in their customers and genuinely care. Also, I have been in the back where they do their packing because I was concerned about a fragile item I was shipping; they use bubble wrap, foam peanuts and take extra care every single item.

Under pretext of "packaging charge" they charge $1 for taping the box shut !! and they place used newspaper as "packaging" ! Are you kidding me? !! What a cheap guy. I called UPS and they noted my complain. My package had 2 items in it. One reached destination and other didnt. How is that possible? Dont go to this place. Its a crazy place. Pick a better UPS location guys.

I went this UPS Store to take print out from e-mail. They ask me $5 for internet, i said Good bye and return from the UPS store. Like that so many customers impacting. No other UPS store expect charges like that. So i request UPS to remove out from store such fraud employee. For Identity,The fraud person was Indian.
