Small store, but great selection! They always have new craft beers and wines in addition to the standard fare. The staff is always very helpful, and will carry your purchase to your car for you. 10 minute parking spots in the front allow for a quick stop. Good prices too, better than the local big box type liquor store. Great place to pick up a bottle of wine for Tanti Bacci or Il Porto, two nice local Italian restaurants within walking distance, or a bottle of wine to go with some take out food you can pick up from Casa Mia Pizza to eat on the boat.

I have only done business over the phone with this store, but in todays world, that is the end-all be-all to a surviving business. The customer service was of the highest standards. Chad knew his product and his stock...the order was effortless...NICE! From a fine wine to a thirst quenching spirit, the best service any customer could ask for! I cant tell you enough, but to shop at White Deer in Sparta...Thanks Chad, you made a lot of people smile today...you rock!

The owner is rude! He yelled at my husband and I using hand jesters to move our car as we had parked more then 10 minutes in front of the store. We had shopped in another store planning to go the liquor store afterwards. Rude rude. Unfortunately I am travel editor for NY times. Not cool George

First off this store is great! Second, as far as I am concerned there is only 1 liquor store in Sparta. It is White Deer. The staff are like family and they always have what I need. If I do not have it, they usually try to get it. Dont waste your time. Just go to White Deer!

George is the rudest business owner as He cursed at me and yelled. He is unprofessional. and has high prices too. I will now drive 2 miles out of my way and NOT got there anymore. I have also told my friends and family that live in Sparta and they will not be returning either.
