0 customer service, never delivered flowers sent by my sister in Florida for my birthday. filed complaint with BBB the driver blamed me that I was not home, or he could not find the address and it took 3 days to return the call telling me I was at wrong address. they called me on 2 different tel numbers in their system and never asked to verify address.

I dont know alot about flowers, the young man just asks me how much I want to spend and is it for a special occasion. Minutes later he comes out with wonderful flowers that my wife loves. One of my favorite places to shop.
