As a professional in the industry, I used to love perusing this shop over the big box alternative. I used to receive stellar service and advice from the younger girl at the register. Hell, shes even helped my boyfriend while I was tied up baking. Unfortunately, today I received horrendous service from an older lady. She seemed like my existence in the store alone was a nuisance, let alone my questions. I will not be patronizing this store in the future.

Girl at register was too busy on her phone to be helpful. Then was annoyed to be answering a question...not helpful at all! Store does have an amazing number of molds. Did not have gold cupcake papers, gold edible glitter, or any cupcake toppers (musical notes, instruments, etc.) which is what I went there for! You would think these items were fairly basic and not so unique for a store such as this.

Nice supply of cookie cutters, but the lack of customer service will keep me from coming back. Walked in & no one even looked up, let alone greeted me. Walked around & no one asked if I needed help. Someone came in after me & she was immediately greeted & assisted. Was so insulted. No one commented as I left. It was as if I was invisible. So rude.

New owners have cleaned up the place but have seemed to put many things away in storage so you have to ask for help to look up everything. Its not easy if you are brainstorming on something to piece together .

My credit card was tried Feb 23, 2016 for $$306.00 to this store. I live in Alaska!!! Thanks to the store and my bank, it was declined. Now Im even interested in their products.
