I am a return customer for the last 5yrs. I travel an extra 15miles and pass dozens of shoe stores to shop here. I am rarely disappointed and prefer the guaranteed personalized service over any other shoe store. BUT..... The new summer hours have cost me time and money and you have lost my business TWICE in two weeks. These summer hours are NOT listed on your website or the google site and I drove through traffic only to find the store dark and doors locked!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED! A simple edit could have created different outcomes for the both of us.

Frank is the mastermind. I walked into Village Shoes today with a list of dance classes for which my my 10-year old daughter just signed up. I walked out less then then minutes later with all her required items in all the right sizes. Grateful!!
