This store is so uncomfortable to shop in. First off the sales team clearly have nothing to do all day- so they follow you around the store the entire time you try to shop. They are creepers in there. There is a woman there - maybe manager with short hair that just stares at you and follows you- i can not get over how weird this place is. Famous Footwear needs to get rid of current staff and start over to make it a more pleasant experience to shop versus some creepers following your every move. I couldnt even sit and try on shoes comfortably because this woman who clearly doesnt understand the term, allow shopper space, hovers over you. GROSS.

Lisa denies a 2 year old that is potty training the ability to use a bathroom and told my 2 1/2 year old daughter and wife to "try home goods across the street, I dont have a public bathroom" So, its perfectly fine to patron this location and spend countless thousands dollars here for the years weve shopped here well before my daughter.... But let us let the child pee on the floor or in my car while Im trying to get a potty training toddler to a bathroom.

The people here were super helpful, and genuinely nice. It was very clean and organized, and the prices just couldnt be beat! I always have a very hard time finding shoes that are both stylish and comfortable. I needed a new pair of heels for a wedding and I tried multiple stores. I found the PERFECT PAIR here and even found cute booties for fall as well. Finding ONE pair is rare for me, let alone TWO. I couldnt be happier!
