UPSET BRIDE…I purchased my fiancé’s wedding band at AH Fisher. After speaking with the owner, Alan, via e-mail for a month I asked him if he would be able to clean and re-finish my engagement ring in time for the wedding. My band has a satin finish so I made it clear in SEVERAL e-mails that I wanted to re-finish the BAND only and clean the entire engagement ring. He told me he could do it in house in a day or send it out and it would take a week. I told him that I would prefer to do it in house (what bride would want to send their engagement ring in the mail right before their wedding day?). I told him I would have my fiancé drop it off so he could take care of it. The day my fiancé dropped off the ring, I followed up with an e-mail (b/c Alan had communicated with me via e-mail throughout the entire process) and did not hear from him. I sent another e-mail and then called and left a message that I wanted to make sure he got my ring and if it was ready. Alan called me back and the first thing he said to me was “You are really getting on my nerves”. Now, what kind of customer service is that? How can you tell a customer they are getting on your nerves when I paid a good amount of money to get a wedding band for my future husband at your store?!?! I asked him why and he told me he keeps getting empty e-mails from me. Now if I was a shop owner, had someone’s engagement ring in my possession and was receiving blank e-mails, I would think the customer was trying to get in touch with me. He told me the ring was ready and that he called my fiancé right after he dropped it off to let him know, however he had the wrong number so we did not get the message. HE DID HAVE MY NUMBER AS WELL BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I went to pick up the ring that day on my lunch break and when I got there he completely took OFF the satin finish the week before my wedding! I was so upset that I started crying right there and he told me he would send it out to get fixed, free of charge and it would be ready the following Friday. My wedding is out of state and is on Saturday…I need my ring before Friday! He told me he is trying to help me out here, what else can he do? REALLY???? As I was leaving (sobbing b/c my ring was ruined) he told me the only other thing he could do to help me out is fix it AFTER THE WEDDING free of charge. He did not try to help me out even considering he did not read his e-mails, told me I was getting on his nerves and ruined my ring the week before my wedding. ) What kind of jewelry store cannot fix a ring in less than a week? I would NEVER go here and I recommend that all brides find another jeweler. This guy is a jerk and I feel bad for anyone that purchases jewelry from this store or gets anything repaired here. There are a TON of jewelry stores in Red Bank….DO NOT GO TO A.H. FISHER DIAMONDS.

I wish I went there first! After about 2 months of looking and becoming very frustrated, I came across A.H. Fisher and Im so thankful I did. Finding that special diamond for me became so much more genuine and memorable there. Everywhere else felt like they were trying to sell and take advantage of me. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in and I think its partly due to the fact that Its family owned and they all made me feel very welcome and that they had my best interest at heart. Matt made finding a diamond fun and super enlightening! Until I sat with him and went thru different diamond options and then matching the band, I left with being able to have a diamond twice the size for our same budget!! Its so sparkly and absolutely perfect, I was completely blown away with how he set it and how amazing it looks with the band, I really could not be happier, I just cant stop smiling☺️

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at a diamond exchange up north. Less than four months after proposing, the diamond fell out of the prongs. I was devastated! We came to AH Fisher because it was local and had a good reputation online. After about a minute, it was obvious why they are well-regarded. The people were knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. They called the next day to follow up and verify the work I wanted done before proceeding. The price quote was accurate and reasonable. They told me my ring would be ready at noon on Friday, and at 11.59 I got a call that it was ready. The repair on the prongs looks great, and I feel confident that the stone isnt going anywhere. Well be coming back here when its time to get our bands.

A.H. Fisher in Red Bank was amazing! They were easy to work with and provided us with excellent service. Matt helped guide us in picking out an engagement ring setting, diamond and wedding bands which suited us best. He made the whole process stress-free and provided us with excellent advice. He was amazing and beyond helpful! The diamond we bought is truly stunning and the workmanship on the rings are top notch. I receive many compliments on how stunning my rings are. I would highly recommend going here for a ring. I went here to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and Matt was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very flexible with my timeframe and my payment. After I placed my order, he called me anytime there was an update with the ring, or a clarification was needed. Once the ring was done, he helped me set up the insurance plan, and shipped the ring overnight to me. I was very happy with the final product (and my girlfriend was too) and I appreciated the level of customer service that Matt provided to me.

A.H. Fisher Diamonds is awesome! They have wonderful costumer service and a quick turn around time on repairs. I had my engagement ring cleaned and I got the kindest text 24 hours later that it was finished. We also purchased our wedding bands and gifts to each other for the wedding. The diamonds are magficent. The jewelers are extremely helpful and not pushy. They even cleaned my engagement ring and shortened the necklace as a wedding gift. Thanks A.H. Ive been dealing Alan and A.H. Fisher Diamonds for nearly 20 years and I wouldnt think of going anyplace else. Through the years there have been pendants, earrings, cleanings, appraisals, insurance paperwork and every time the job has been done well, quickly and at a fair price. Im pleased to see Alans son, Matt, has joined the firm. This give me assurances that Ill be receiving another 20 years of outstanding service. If you plan on shopping around come here last because if you come here first youll end up back here anyway after making your rounds.
