So my wife and me got married yesterday and we get home so goes to take off the ring gaurd and after she takes it off the and its snaps. So she is crying all night about it. We go to kays and i explain the situation and that i have the lifetime warranty. I also tell her is is engraved and she says well that isnt covered by the warranty. So i said i shouldnt have to pay for that its not my fault the jewelry I bought from you broke. So she said she was going to go ask her manager. She comes back and says my manager says as a courtesy we will reengrave it free of charge. But why would you say as a courtesy instead of oh we would be happy to cover the forty dollars it is going to cost since you had to go through the trauma of my wifes ring breaking on her on her wedding day. To say the least im happy it is getting fixed but now we have to wait 2 weeks and she cant even wear her ring right after she got married.

Husband and I decided to trade up my previous wedding rings for new ones at Kay Jewelers in Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY. Ordered the new set February 8th and we were told that they would be in by April 20. It is now the middle of May and no one has ever had the courtesy to call to say the ring was on back-order. Just made my 6th phone call to the store regarding this F-up and am being told that I will not have my ring until June. Its as if I never called a month ago to check the status, which I was told they would be done in May. I strongly suggest going to another location, since obviously this one doesnt know what its doing.

I lost my engagement ring and went to Kays yesterday for a replacement. I cant begin to tell you what an amazing experience I had. The manager and another sale employee made it easy to find my replacement. I dont know where to start with them from picking out the ring, to discounting, to adding protection they made it all real easy am happy I decided to shop local and would definitely recommend them. My fiancé and I will be buying our Wedding band . Thank you guys for an awesome experience on July 18, 2017

Horrible customer service sales representative thinking its her job to argue with me after me and the manager are discussing the problem and she was told several times to go away by the manager but she could not keep her mouth closed the entire time. My husband has spent a considerable amount of money at Kays but never again they have lost a good customer due to the kind of people they choose to hire in this store!!

very bad customer service the, the sales rep was willing to help and had me on hold then the manager came on then the manager came on the phone and told me that if I wanted something i needed to go in the store and look very rudely. I will not recommend this location

I would not reccomend This location to anyone the sale reps are rude and the company allows it. the Kays in Colonie Center is waaaaaaay better.
