From time to time youll enter a place and be greeted warmly and get expert service as well. Both are to be had here at this Windows Store. The staff is friendly (shout out to Devon), personable and knowledgable! My daughter also loved the demonstration (3D glasses) which kept her engaged. And the best part is I got answers to my questions! Couldnt ask for more! Highly recommended!

This store is full of incompetent folks. I bought a phone paid by cash and never got a Receipt. I called the store on 10/05 they promised to scan and send but never got it. Reaching the store is also very difficult. The # published does not connect to the store it reaches a call center

FANTASTIC Staff!! As helpful and patient as ANYONE wishes. Set an appointment before going as this location is very busy, whether it is the Help Desk (technical issues) or Personal Training. If you use Microsoft, this is the place for ANY assistance you may need.

I drove 2 hours to get to the store and recived no help. The Band 2 has known defect of wirst band breaking. I offered to pay to get it fixed. They told me I could sell it on eBay. Do not buy any Microsoft banded products, worse customer service ever!

Do not call corporate. It is much better to go in a talk with these guys face to face. Much friendlier and get stuff done without the hassle I got on the phone. Thanks for everyones help.

Great support, great staff! I had a broken key on My Surface type cover, bought it 2 years ago so its out of warranty, they replaced it for FREE in less than 2 minutes. Thank you!
