This pet store was horrible. Almost all the birds seemed to be very sick and in very small, unsanitary cages with no toys. Some of them were plucking their feathers as well. The some of reptiles did not have heating lamps and were in cages way too small to house their sizes. For example, the iguanas, Chinese water dragons, etc, did not even have enough room to turn around. The rodents and rabbits were sitting in layers of feces and many of them had blood on their fur, due to being in a cage too small with too many other rodents. As well as this, many of the animals did not have food or water. This place was very small, cramped and dirty, and the animals were in very poor conditions. It looked like some of them would not make the night.

Ive been buying everything under the sun from mike snice my teens, all my friends got into it and weve never stopped lol his staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. They all love animals, and seem to be very happy working there! Best selection of reptiles around the monmouth and ocean counties...if youre lucky you might bump into Carlos from creaturefeatures, an awesome guy with a really cool business to get kids into reptiles, I look forward to having children so they can appreciate and share in the wonder that mike provides in his shop.

I love this personally enjoy the atmosphere and the knowledge of the owner has helped me and my family for years. I cant tell you how many times Mike has personally helped even if I cant buy the product from him he still puts me in the correct direction always. I have never had an issue with any of the MANY pets and products my family and friends have purchased for the past 11 years. Thanks Mike for always being there for us all

Animals in small tanks, some did not have much space at all to move around. Animals in cages on top of cages all over the store. Some of the cages had dirty water and didnt have proper lighting(reptiles). Dark in sections of the store and wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help while I was there.
