I went there two weeks ago with my wife. We ordered our ice cream and sit the table. There is a huge black hair inside of the ice cream. We said thats ok. We are human and accidents are happen. But what did they? They were angry to us like our problem. Worker took it of and gave us back dirty ice cream. When we said we cant eat it, we want to new one she didnt want to make a new one. We tried to be kind but she was RUDE. My wife was so sad. She was gonna cry. It was our second time to go there and it will be last time.

Service was bad, guys put the ice cream to the cup for to go but ice cream was leaking from the lid all around. I was upset but didnt say anything because they were from high school probably. Management should train them ...

Inexperienced staff, getting a well mixed ice cream is hit and miss. Place dirty, short on napkins. Location not maximizing the brand, surviving only because not much local competition

love the place, its a bit expensive but i cant stop going there. my kid loves it too and the fact that its wright around the corner make it very accessible for me.

They are stingy with the ingredients, they only put a tiny piece of brownie. I got a founders favorite and its like eating plain vanilla ice cream
