Place is average. Small brownie Sundae is sufficient enough, the way they create it is perfect. The amount of all components was spot on and tasted amazing. The medium gelati at first bite was subpar. Flavor of the chocolate water ice wasnt strong, until you mixed the ice cream all together. For some reason it enhanced its flavor. Water ice had a weird after taste like nesquik powder. The ice cream/custard was delicious. It was a good experience, Id go back and probably try something else but with so many other ice cream places in the area theres nothing special that stood out to me.

Custard Castle is a local favorite. The soft serve ice cream is known in New Jersey as custard. Its thicker and creamier than soft serve in other parts of the US. A wide range of creamy concoctions will appeal to almost any tastes: cones, shakes, sundaes, gelato, hand-dipped.

Conveniently located for me, I have to pass by everyday as I head home from work. Great place to bring sports teams after a game to celebrate or to cheer up players after a tough fought loss. Benches and tables under cover to protect from the hot sun, or light summer rain.

The absolute worst in my life, this place was great and Im not sure what happened. Young kids who are complete smart-ass at the window. A medium isnt 1 scoop and charged $5 for it .... stay away from this place.

Loved their ice cream when I lived in Mays Landing. Only thing I did not like was the fact that they did not take cards. Hopefully they fixed by now.
