Ive been to this store before and they charged more than double the price for an oil pressure switch for my 1996 Jeep GCL than PepBoys $27 vs. $12 but I was desperate that day and Autozone had theirs in stock while PepBoys did not. That was a few months ago. I just called today to get a price quote on a cat converter since I could not get it off the Autozone website (which kept having errors on the web page loads/views). Twenty minutes of being put on hold and being transferred around, I gave up and hung up. Ill just go to PepBoys and order the part I need.

i wish there was a 0 star option to give these goons. showed up before asking for air filters and they dont know a thing about anything now i called in for something else before showing up and they just dont want the sale. they have no clue what they were talking about it felt like im trying to explain things to them like i work there. dont ever come here

There is one west indian employee i dont know his name but he is wonderful hes helpful n he knows more than any of those other employee theyre rude dont like to help ughh horrible service and the managers are even worse thats why i go to buy wise

The salesman lied to me about the oil change kit he was selling. He said it would cost less than buying the oil alone. When I asked the cashier to ring up the oil by itself, it was less than the oil change kit. Do not trust these people.

It has problems. Potholes in parking lot. Parking lot being used as if an auto repair shop instead what it was attended for. For paying customers. Next time I include foto for you to be judge about the quality of this location
