Horrible service, one of the worse to be honest. First time providing feedbacks and have to say it is not good at all. I am visiting from Boston, went to this Auto Zone and no one even asked if I needed assistance. Got what I needed on my own and spend 30 minutes seating to pay at the registered. It was not a busy day at all and all the employees were just looking around as in looking for apmthing to do so they wont have to speak to anyone. Never again will I come to this Auto Zone. Economi is bad enough and spend our hard earn money should worth doing so at a place where a least you would get at least fare service. Gave a star because I had to nit because they deserve it.

Most horrific autozone ever. Visited this place to get my 09 g37x front break pads. employ named (samantha) ask me the diameter of my rotor.. she works for the part store, its her duty to know if its base model 320mm or sport 330mm, instead she told me to look for my manual. After spending 15min googling to find out...they told me the parts were out of stock!! It wasnt even funny.

Always very friendly and helpful service, they dont climb walking out to the car and getting their hands dirty. Not the cheapest autostore I know of, but worth the extra couple of bucks for the personalized service I figure.

Excellent service. Tim was polite, quick and competant. The engine light had come on. He used his diagnosis printout to help me find what is wrong and sold me the part to fix it. I was very pleased.
