Aweful.....horrible.....disrepectful....dis appointed! Went into the store after I have been there many times before. No other customers in the store, 3 employees working. Walked in there with all intentions with getting my son a part of sneakers, my other son sandals. After standing over at the sneakers finally a sales employee came over and said is we had any questions to just let him know while walking back up to the counter while I was in the process of asking a question. Then seemed like it was a bother to help us. My son had a name of a type of shoe and the guy said he couldnt help us by the name style of the shoe but if we had a picture for us to match it up. We found the sneaker that my son original wanted and the name was right on the shoe. Asked the sales person for a size and he had said ....um no sure if we have that size, I then asked if he could still check. Came back 10 minutes later and said no not that size and walk to the register where 2 other sales people were standing. After my son picked another shoe we waited waited and looked over at the register a few times to try to get someones attention. No such luck so we left, on the way out they told us to have a nice day. So they knew that we were still over there. The worst customer service I have ever go there.

Awful. Walk in on Sunday afternoon​. No customers where in the store. I had to hunt down the sales associate. I asked him a question regarding a type of shoe. He answered my question and disappeared​. I located him again! I requested a size. He retrieved the product and walked away again! I needed another larger size. I looked around for him....Again no other customers​ where in the store. Bye bye...Ill give you till the end of the year. There will be a "for rent" sign on the door.

Sales associate friendly and accommodating. Went in to buy a large duffle bag. I found one that was $50 but it was $69 on Amazon.
