So. Many. Cute. Things. Every visit is worthwhile. Its so nice to see the cute puppies being sold are being taken care of. The owner Shawn and staff members treat the puppies and incoming dogs with so much love! All of them get exercise and socialized in the front window so theyre not in cages all day. The place is clean & well stocked. Tons of pet foods, toys and accessories! You find accessories here that you cannot find in generic chain pet stores. Knowing that not many dogs "enjoy" getting groomed & often get stressed and nervous (my male dog is timid and will often vomit after being in an environment and around people he isnt familiar with), i really would not go anywhere else with my two pups. He has never once gotten sick after grooming here! They take such good care of him! I get them groomed regularly and they always come back so clean and smelling fresh! No issues at all. My dogs can be very fidgety and theyre always so patient with them. Check it out! Definite recommend!!!

I had my dog groomed here recently & I advise you to please be careful. After bringing my dog home I noticed something was wrong. My dog was coughing a lot a vomiting siliva/mucus substance for hours. I was scared I was going to loose him. I spoke to my neighbor who also has a dog and she told me she too had the same issue when bringing her dog to this groomer and has never had her dog groomed there again. I then found out my sister and her two dogs also had the same problem. I find it very wierd that 3 other dogs that I know of have went through the same issue going to this groomer. I called the owner who never apologized and just continued on saying he didnt know what was wrong with my dog. Please make sure to bring your babies to a safe groomer. This place should be inspected carefully bc something isnt right and unfortunately Im afraid they are doing something cruel to the animals to make then sick.

I only wish I had read these reviews prior to leaving my puppy with these people. I had to travel for work and boarded my dog here for three nights. He was also groomed here prior to my picking him up on day three. My dog looked very thin, was vomiting a clear, slightly yellowish liquid that looked like bile and he seemed to be starving. I fed him when we returned home-- he ate his food so fast and aggressively that I fed him twice. There is something very wrong going on at Mamas Papas Pet Shop. I suggest you think it through very carefully before boarding or having your dog groomed at this place!

My dog was never the same after I took him to this place to get groomed, he came back with diarrhea, and was shivering none stop. My dog seemed very nervous and afraid of everything, it got so bad to the point I had to take him to the vet. The vet found numerous scratches on his skin from this place, also they injured his testicles while grooming. I am extremely against animal cruelty. I cant believe they did this to a poor dog, I am very disappointed.

I take my dog to get groomed here. They always do such a great job and exactly what I ask for. They are so sweet to her too. This is the only groomer she is not afraid to walk in to so I know they take good care of her.
