Bitter Mood

I gone in that store a few times when im in the area as i live un another state but frequent for business. the young staff for most part are super nice i have notice the person i believe to be management on couple of visits can be very rude and not very nice to her staff in speakin with them .. when im in the area i usually stay at comfort in and in the early mornings i like to get my walks in before work 1 morning from the parking lot i was walking by and saw this women throw something at on of the young girls at first i didnt think anything about it till i saw the young girl outside and appeared upset.. i was kind of shocked at what i saw but i had to get ready for a meeting but was concerned for the girl.. there was another time i was in store and heard her speakin to a staff member and i just had to leave i am shocked as a company that this is acceptable behavior and your company would allow such a person to run a store... i still shop at petvalu when i can and if there in the areas im at for business.. i hope corporate office does something to rectify this behavior... please open a store in new york city as i do alot of business there as well ..

We were just at a PetValu which we’ve been here in the past, and my primary pet v in bristol, this location (edgewater, nj) was the most horrific location I’ve ever been to, the staff is so unergetic and miserable, not sure if it was because my Fiance and I are hispanic and we are being stereotyped by your staff, but we went to wash our husky , there was no place to attach him to keep him in place, we asked the staff theyre response was Oh well they break, there was no caring, they essentially acted in a way because they wanted us to leave , what a disgrace both of the women here that were working at 11am 7/9/2017 should be trained to learn how to provide great service to people of all races/creeds , and the manager should be trained how to submit work orders so that things get fixed.

A lier, a racist volunteer working for rescuing cats. She yelled me child who has developmental delay of speech though my child didnt harm any animal. He wouldnt harm but loves animals. When I argued back to her for her crazy reaction only to my child, she responded that she doesnt work here, and she was the lawyer. That wasnt true. I rescued two cats in my life and always care stray cats on the street but care of other human beings as well no matter what color you are. The woman was a toally racist and lier. We have witnesses watching it.

Hands down, the only place I will go for my dogs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as a comfortable atmosphere. My dog is always given love when we go there! Taylor is her fave! Someone mentioned pricy, yes, but Id rather give my pet high quality ingredients than garbage. Also, their reward points membership totally pays off.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Doggies get a wash and they clean up really fast after the tubs were used. Thank you for all you do!
