Like all businesses they have bad employees and good. Unfortunately I feel the bad are more than good! I had to deal with a couple of bad employees and the experience was frustrating! Apparently there is no manager in the shop OR if there was one , the guys who I had a problem with did not feel it was necessary to call management to intervene even when I insisted. The resolution they suggested for my issue was completely ridiculous and downright insulting. Tips if you have to buy from this store 1) Avoid the store like plague 30 mins before closing- the employees are in a hurry to close up the store and mess up orders. 2) Insist on getting the paint checked after mixing. 3) If you do have a problem , plan on spending a couple of hours getting it resolved coz apparently the management is missing or dont really care.

These guys are the real deal. know what to recommend. Helpful and kind. For a woman who had a lot of questions they are really the best place around. I give you my highest rating. I am gong to go to you even if it is a little more than others the quality of service is well worth it.
